The CIMD story began in 1990, when CHEVAL FRERES sets up its watchmaking stone production unit in Portugal.
Initially specializing in monocrystalline ruby, CIMD quickly expanded into other ultra-hard materials such as ceramics, sapphire and polycrystalline ruby.
Today, the company has a fully-integrated workshop and recognized technical experts at its disposal.
